Refund & Return Policy / 退 款 及 退 貨 政 策
我們的退款和退貨政策有效期為7天(含第7天),如您於購買後7天申請退款或退換貨,恕我們無法為您提供全額退款或換貨。
為了符合退貨資格,您的商品(實體商品)必須是未使用過的且與您收到時的狀況相同,它也必須位於原始包裝中。
有幾種類型的商品不再退費及退換貨範圍內,訂購前請多加留意:
十三月亮曆解讀服務、線上預錄課程及付費會員(正式付款後即享該有會員權益)無法退費,預約/報名即等於同意此政策。
Zoom線上團體課程與現場實體課程,報名後無特殊原因恕不退款,如因個人因素無法上線或到場上課,請於課後觀看重播,當次課程重播開放期間為課後的14天,錯過這兩週的時間,每申請7天的效期則需負擔行政手續費300元。
若因車禍、嚴重健康問題、重大傷病或直系親屬緊急照護/辭世相關問題,造成無法參與課程,將視情況補課或討論退款事宜。
其他不可退貨的物品:
- 禮物卡
- 線上電子商品
- 健康和個人護理用品
為了完成您的退貨程序,我們將需要收據或購買證明,也請不要將您購買的產品退還給製造商。
在某些情況下,請恕我們僅給予部分退款:
- 有明顯使用痕跡的商品
- 任何不屬於原始狀態的商品,或因為非出貨錯誤因素而損壞或遺失的物件
- 任何在交貨後超過 7 天申請退換貨的商品
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item (physical goods) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Please pay attention before you place the order:
13 Moon Calendar Chart Reading, Online E-learning Courses, and Membership (once we charge it) cannot be returned. Reservation/registration constitutes agreement to this policy.
Zoom online group classes and in-person classes are non-refundable without special reasons after registration. If you are unable to go online or attend the class due to personal reasons, please watch the replay after class.
The replay of the current class will be available for 14 days after class. If you miss these two weeks, you will need to pay an administrative fee of TWD 300 for each 7-day validity period.
If you are unable to participate in the course due to car accidents, serious health problems, major injuries, or issues related to emergency care/death of immediate family members, you will be able to make up the class or discuss refunds depending on the situation.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Online E-product
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Product with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
Refunds / 申 請 退 款
在收到商品並檢查您的退貨物件後,我們將向您發送一封電子郵件,通知您我們已收到您退回的物品,同時也會通知您退款核准的結果。
如果退換貨獲得核准,您的退款將會依流程受理,且將在一定的天數內自動退回您的信用卡或原始付款方式。
延遲或遺失退款
如果您尚未收到退款,請先再次檢查您的銀行帳戶,或是聯絡您的信用卡公司,您的退款可能需要一些時間才會正式更新,也可以聯繫您的銀行, 退款前通常需要一些處理時間。
如果您已完成所有這些操作,但仍未收到退款,請透過 {email address} 與我們聯繫。
特價商品
只有原價購買的商品可以退款,特價商品恕無法退款。
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges / 申 請 退 換 貨
我們僅更換有瑕疵或損壞的物品, 如果您需要更換相同的商品,請發送電子郵件至 li***********@***il.com 並將您的商品發送至指定地點。
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at li***********@***il.com and send your item to designated place.
Gifts / 送 禮
若該商品在購買和直接運送給您時被標記為禮品,您將收到相當於退貨禮品價值的票券, 收到退回的物品後,禮品券將郵寄給您。
如果該商品在購買時未標記為禮品,或者禮品贈送者將訂單運送給自己以便稍後送給您,我們將向禮品贈送者退款,他們將會了解您的退貨情況。
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping Returns / 貨 運 退 貨
如您要退回商品,請您將產品郵寄至指定地點。
您將負責支付自己退回物品的運費,且運費不在退款範圍內, 如果您收到退款,退貨運費將從您的退款中扣除(寄付則不扣除)。
根據您居住的地方,更換的產品到達您手中所需的時間可能會有所不同。
若您要退回較昂貴的物品,可以考慮使用可追蹤的運輸服務或購買運輸保險,我們不保證一定會收到您退回的物品。
To return your product, you should mail your product to designated place.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (no deduction will be made if you paid the shipping fee already).
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
